What our Sleep Sense™ Clients Say
When our son Ethan was born we hoped he would magically be a better sleeper than our colicky firstborn son, Hudson. We were determined to not to make the same mistakes or rely on the sleep props and strategies we had used before. Baby Ethan had other plans and we immediately fell into many exhausting habits in order to get him to sleep. He only slept on us, day and night. He needed to be rocked, patted, or nursed to sleep. Once again we found ourselves bleary eyed and unsure where to begin with helping him sleep better and more independently.
Then a family friend recommended Nicola. Thank Goodness! Nicola's professional sleep plan, supportive emails, texts and calls made it easy for us to help teach Ethan new and important sleep skills. Her guidance along the way saved us having to argue over what to try next or always ask why something we were doing wasn't working. Now Ethan goes to sleep by himself, in his crib, for all his naps and at bedtime. He is little (4.5 months) and aspects of his is sleep are still evolving, but we do feel we are on the right track because of Nicola!
Success! Woot Woot !!
Success! I talked with Mason before we did lights out, explained we would be downstairs and to call out if he needed us, but to stay in bed. He agreed, we turned lights out, walked out, closed the door and left. No protests! Woot woot!!

Quick catch up to update you on how things are going... Well, last night Alice slept for almost 11 hours, then in the morning she napped for 1 hour and 40 minutes then another 45 minutes in the afternoon. When Elisa went to put her to bed in the evening (I’m in Italy right now for a week), after they read a couple of stories, Alice fell asleep without even crying. WOOOW!!! 😊
